📦 Cancellation of Unshipped (Unopened) Orders

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.

How to Cancel:

Once your cancellation is confirmed:

  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually completed within 7 business days.

🚫 Opened or Shipped Orders

  • Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been shipped or the packaging has been opened.
  • Our refurbished phones undergo strict quality testing before dispatch, and opening the packaging is considered acceptance of the product.
