💳 Accepted Payment Methods

We support a wide range of secure payment options for your convenience:

  • Credit Cards
    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. Your card details are securely processed by our trusted payment gateway partners who comply with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your full card information on our servers.
  • Debit Cards
    Most debit cards with Visa/Mastercard/Rupay support are accepted.
  • Net Banking
    Make payments directly from your bank account via secure net banking options across leading Indian banks.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    COD is available on eligible orders. We may require a partial advance payment to confirm your COD order.

🔄 Transaction Process

  • The total payable amount (including product cost, delivery charges, and taxes) will be displayed before checkout.
  • Once you place the order and choose your payment method, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment gateway.
  • After successful payment, your order will be confirmed and you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS.

  • All transactions are encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
  • Payments are processed only via PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.
  • We never store your complete credit/debit card details on our platform.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel the order before dispatch, we’ll initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
  • If the order is canceled after processing but before delivery, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable fees.
  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

🧾 Partial Payment Policy

We may ask for a partial advance payment (deposit) to confirm high-value or COD orders. Please note the following:

  1. Non-Refundable Conditions:
    • If your order has been shipped and is in transit.
    • If you refuse to accept the delivery upon arrival.
  2. Payment Terms:
    • You must pay the remaining balance at the time of delivery (if applicable).
    • Once shipped, partial payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  3. Cancellation Charges:
    • If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, 10% of the product price (Minimum INR 999 & Maximum 10% of the product value) will be deducted as cancellation charges. This accounts for:
      • Courier & return costs
      • Payment gateway fees
      • Stock being locked during transit (8–10 days)
  4. Customer Responsibility:
    • Ensure your delivery address is accurate.
    • Be available to receive the package on delivery.
    • Refusing delivery disqualifies you from a refund of the partial payment.
