✅ Eligibility Criteria for Replacement or Repair
- Product must be unused and undamaged.
- Product must be returned in original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
❌ Products Not Covered
- Used or physically damaged items.
- Items missing original packaging, labels, or tags.

Partial Payment Policy (COD Orders)
1. Overview
To secure a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order, customers are required to pay a non-refundable partial deposit starting from ₹999 or as specified by our support team.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
The partial payment will not be refunded if:
- The package has been dispatched and is in transit.
- The customer refuses to accept delivery.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit is required at the time of checkout.
- The remaining balance (if any) must be cleared at the time of delivery.
- Once shipped, partial payments are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders canceled before shipping may be eligible for a full refund of the deposit at our discretion.
- Orders canceled after dispatch will not be eligible for any refund.
5. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must ensure accurate shipping details.
- Refusal to accept the parcel upon delivery will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
